Rooftop Ballroom
With spectacular panoramic views of Denver as a dramatic backdrop, the Rooftop Ballroom at The Hotel Equinox is the ideal setting for a glamorous and beautiful wedding reception. Exclusively situated on the fifteenth floor, it features a gracefully arched ceiling, crystal chandeliers and offers 3,500 square feet of wedding space. There is also an additional 585 square feet of pre-function area -- ideal for a cocktail hour. The charming ambiance of this room will allow your guests to feel as if they are part of a bygone era. This ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests for a plated dinner and dancing.
Alcott Ballroom
The brand new Alcott Ballroom, named after famed writer Louisa May Alcott, is located on the Mezzanine level. With 2160 square feet of space it is gloriously finished with crystal chandeliers and regal floor length draperies is the ideal banquet facility for even the most discerning bride. In addition to the Alcott Ballroom, the Alcott Foyer can be used for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres with additional seating in the Harriet Beecher Stowe room, as well as use of the Isabella Stewart Gardner room for Bridal photographs. These Cocktail Reception rooms are lovely, offering delightful views of King's Chapel, Old City Hall and its courtyard. This ballroom accommodates up to 130 guests with a dance floor for your wedding party.
Press Room
The historic Press Room is located on the Mezzanine level. With 1980 square feet of function space it is stately yet warm, featuring mahogany paneled walls, a marble fireplace, and hand carved chandeliers. The intimacy of the Press Room is ideal for those seeking the elegant ambiance and historic charm of Denver. The Press Room accommodates up to 110 guests with a dance floor. - Wedding Package
